A collaborative collection between the Virginia Historical Society and the Virginia Law Library, this digital collection includes the papers of the following members of the International Prosecution Section: Frank S. Tavenner, Jr., Roy L. Morgan, C. J. Phelps, and David N. Sutton. It also contains the papers of Defense Team member G. Carrington Williams, counsel for Shigenori Togo.

Held by the Harvard Law School Library, this collection of digital documents and images consists primarily of written correspondence and photographs during Joseph B. Keenan’s time as Chief Counsel of the International Prosecution Section.

The George Yamaoka Collection includes Proceeding Transcripts, Defense documents, indexes, Proceedings in Chambers transcripts, correspondence, exhibits and rejected exhibits from the Tokyo War Crimes Tribunal produced and handled by the Defense Team. The collection also includes bound Congressional Hearings on the attack on Pearl Harbor. A few of George Yamaoka’s personal correspondence files are included. Some of the Defense and other materials are in Japanese.

Digitized scrapbook from the time Floyd J. Mattice served in Japan, including his time as American Associate Counsel for defendants Seishiro Itagaki and Iwane Matsui during the Tokyo Trials.
