Creighton's Online Therapy Platform. Student Counseling Services provides a free online therapy resource that can be accessed by all students, staff and faculty. Therapy Assistance Online, or TAO, includes over 150 brief, effective, educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues.
TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools, all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.

The Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) Center is a free, confidential resource for Creighton students, faculty, and staff. We support individuals following incidents of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and other related issues. This includes primary survivors (individuals experiencing an act of violence) and secondary survivors (friends, roommates, parents, etc.).
