While we aim for a frictionless experience, providing access to electronic resources is a complex process which occasionally works less than perfectly. With this in mind, the University Libraries have designed a new reporting method so that we can respond and track issues related to electronic resource usage more effectively. The types of issues to be reported via this service would include Library linking issues, authentication errors, denial of service to library resources, citation errors, etc.
Linking to our new service is available several ways:
From within the Library Guides interface, look for the Feedback button in the upper right hand of the screen.
From the Creighton University Libraries webpage, scroll down to Report an Access Issue button in the Library Quick Links section.
