- Evaluating journals to make sure you aren't submitting to predatory journals
- Helping you navigate the research data management and sharing process
- Recommending databases and other resources relevant to your research
- Troubleshooting access issues with your journals, databases, or article full text
- Providing research consultations on any other part of the research process
