Mexican Day of the Dead

Creighton University Celebrations

Creighton University Health Sciences Campus - Phoenix

We welcome you to learn about this tradition of honoring the dead, reflect on cultural depictions and treatment of death, and to engage by honoring your own deceased loved ones. You are invited to hang photos, bring offerings, and use our community's space to partake in collective grieving -- and celebration.

Bring in and hang up a photo of your loved ones in the Spirit Lounge (first floor by the elevators) and/or non-perishable offerings. The ofrenda will be running through November 2, 2022.

This Project is sponsored by: The Medical Humanities Club, The Spanish Clubs, University Libraries, and School of medicine.
