Introduction to the 34 CliftonStrengths

CliftonStrengths is a popular personality assessment tool developed by the Gallup Organization. The assessment is designed to identify an individual's natural talents and strengths. The assessment consists of a series of 177 questions that are designed to measure 34 different themes of talent.

Once an individual completes the assessment, they receive a report outlining their top five strengths. These strengths are ranked in order of their dominant themes. The report also provides information about how to leverage these strengths in various areas of life, including personal and professional settings.

CliftonStrengths is widely used in the workplace to help individuals and teams maximize their potential. The assessment has been shown to increase employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being. Additionally, many individuals find the assessment helpful for personal growth and self-awareness.

It's important to note that CliftonStrengths is not designed to be a diagnostic tool or a predictor of success. Instead, it's meant to be used as a tool for personal growth and development. It can be a valuable resource for individuals looking to better understand their strengths and how to use them to achieve their goals.
